We are black-owned, female and body positive! We are passionate about overcoming, and helping others overcome obstacles that stand in the way of true protentional. Whether identifying unhelpful patterns or embracing the divinity within you,  we want to support you! The Wellness Lounge, LLC is here to offer therapy, mentoring, coaching and encouragement!

 I am excited about the future of The Wellness Lounge LLC, as I want it to grow and flourish into a place to explore health and wellness  for helping professionals. I want us to be able to come together and explore new  and innovative resources from other fields, share with each other, and ultimately create a place that is a interdisciplinary and integrative health hub!
