This lounge is black-owned, female and body positive! I am passionate about overcoming, and helping others overcome obstacles that stand in the way of true potentional. Whether identifying unhelpful communication patterns and/or embracing the divinity within you,  I want to support you! The Wellness Lounge, LLC is here to offer therapy, mentoring, coaching and encouragement!

 I am excited about the future of The Wellness Lounge LLC, as I want it to grow and flourish into a place to explore health and wellness  for helping professionals. I want us to be able to come together and explore new  and innovative resources from other fields, share with each other, and ultimately create a place that is a interdisciplinary and integrative health hub!
